Mentoring

team spirit, cohesion, together

Who Can I Talk To?

There are times in your life when you really need someone to talk to and discuss matters that are important to you.  A calm, grounded, wise person with a wide range of experiences may be just the type of mentor that you need.

Mentoring is a more informal process, compared to coaching.  A mentor can help you to reflect on issues, suggest ideas, help with setting goals, or any other matter where you feel you need support.

Joe Veraa is qualified in mentoring and Indigenous mentoring.  He has over 10 years’ experience in mentoring, including mentoring One Nation people.

Joe has been a teacher, a public servant, has started his own businesses, worked with politicians and has taught meditation and yoga.  He has worked with Indigenous people, people with special needs, seniors, refugees, people from other cultures.  He is a coach, as well as a mediator helping people to reach agreements in their lives.

The experience and wisdom of your mentor can be an amazing resource to help you to navigate through your own needs and goals.

Mentoring sessions include reflecting on your needs, as well as planning the steps you need to take to reach your goals, week by week, if needed.
